Therapy with a Smile & a Side of Support
Hi, I'm Victoria, a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. As a former college athlete, I experienced firsthand how emotional stress and unmet mental health needs can deeply affect a person’s well-being and sense of identity. This experience ignited my passion for helping others navigate their own challenges with understanding, compassion, and support.
At the heart of our work will be a supportive, trusting relationship where you can feel safe to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. This space is yours to show up exactly as you are, free from fear of judgment or pressure to be anything other than yourself. Here, you’ll have the freedom to share, process, and reflect on your feelings without the weight of self-criticism or shame.
Through our work together, we’ll explore new ways of understanding and processing your emotions. We’ll focus on building the tools and mindset needed to help you move through difficult moments with more ease and confidence. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, or uncertainty, I’ll be there to guide you, offering support, insight, and practical strategies that empower you to cope with whatever life throws your way.
In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate approach that values your unique experiences. I believe that healing is not just about tackling the tough stuff head-on; it’s also about embracing yourself with kindness, humor, and patience. Life’s challenges are never easy, but with the right tools and mindset, they become much more manageable. Together, we’ll find ways to restore balance and foster emotional resilience, helping you feel more grounded and connected to your true self.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you develop a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself. Through our work, you’ll gain a clearer sense of direction and peace, so you can move through life with greater confidence and self-compassion. This is your time to heal, grow, and thrive—no pressure, just support.
